FREE access to a 1,500 sq. ft. shared-use commercial kitchen for bulk fruit and vegetable processing. The facility features new equipment funded by a USDA Resilient Food Systems Infrastructure (RFSI) grant aimed to build resilience in the middle of the food supply chain through SD DANR.
It is open to all market gardeners and local producers on a first-come basis
Available for use 7 days a week from 7 am to 7 pm by reservation.

Personal accessories used for your processing batches is not provided by the church. Please bring your own knives, utensils, cutting boards, jars, lids, boxes, and bags. You can purchase vacuum packing bags and label stock from the church if needed, otherwise we can recommend where to purchase them.
